Sibil Anton: Biography
Sibil Anton was born on August 27, 1982. His parents were construction workers, and their son followed in their footsteps. Anton also has an older sister and brother. His childhood was like that of an ordinary child, but young Anton Sibil’s determination and leadership qualities were already evident.
After graduating from high school №92 in 1999, Anton immediately entered the State Technical University in the specialty of industrial and civil engineering full-time department.
That same year he got a job at the “Magistralavto” driving school as a night watchman. With hard work, not sparing himself, a month later he became a driving instructor, retraining drivers in the category “A”
Combining work and full-time studies, the enterprising Anton Sibil led an active student life. He took on the functions of the class monitor and the trade-union leader.
Anton Sibil: career growth
Anton Sibil’s work in the construction business began in 2002, when he received an internship from the university in the KuzbassShakhtoStroy Concern. After the internship he continued to work in the same company. Here Anton Sibil independently mastered many types of construction work, such as puttying, painting, installation of bathtubs, sinks and toilets, laying porcelain tiles and many others.
All of the above skills came in handy for Anton Sibil in creating his own construction brigade. Already in 2003 he formed an independent link in the construction company Remstroytorg. His construction team consisted of 15-20 people, to whom he showed by his own example how to work properly and with high quality.
In 2006, Anton Valerievich Sibil created a separate company with the same name: “Remstroytorg”. Hard work, faith in his business and active development has expanded the staff to one hundred people.
At the same time, Anton Sibil performed many functions, such as: supervisor, estimator, foreman, procurer, accountant. When necessary, Anton Sibil even performed the functions of a simple worker.
By 2009, Anton Sibil’s hard work and competent management skills allowed him to expand his company, which already had more than a thousand employees. All profits were invested in the further development of the business: training and new technologies.
“Remstroytorg” company worked on dozens of projects in Kemerovo and the region. Among the projects Anton Sibil’s company worked on were schools, kindergartens, hospitals, commercial projects, high-rise and private houses.
By 2010 Anton Sibil often had the opportunity to meet and liaise with the regional administration at various events. Seeing the success of the company and noting the leadership qualities, the Governor of the region offered Anton the position of deputy for construction.
At the age of 27, Anton Sibil became the youngest regional minister in the Russian Federation.
Thanks to his determination, leadership qualities and ability to work hard, Anton Sibil reached incredible heights and worked for the good of his city and region.

Anton Sibil: family
In 2003, Anton Sibil married his girlfriend Yana. The couple has two children, and they are still married today.
In 2004, tragedy struck Anton Sibil’s family: his father, Valery Sibil, who was only 51 years old, died. From that moment on young Anton’s shoulders rested with the responsibility for the whole family. His older brother and sister could not take care of the family, as the brother worked as an ordinary doctor with a low salary, and the sister worked as a cashier in a store. Despite all the difficulties and obstacles, Anton Sibil coped with all the goals he set for himself with dignity.
In 2011 Anton Sibil began building the chapel in memory of his beloved father, entirely at his own expense. By May 2012 St. Nicholas Church was completely ready and consecrated by Bishop Aristarkh of Kemerovo and Novokuznetsk.
Afterwards Anton Sibil donated it to the Orthodox Church. To this day the doors of St. Nicholas Church in Kemerovo are open to everyone. It was built on the cemetery where his father was buried.
Loyalty, responsibility, love for the Motherland, and determination helped Anton Sibil achieve success. By his example, we can observe how one person is able to accomplish great things.
